Inside your membership
During the real workout, Pike shows your current resistance, optional exercise notes, Get Ready preparation, and the exact next entry it needs. Home training uses a different dumbbell-based exercise map.
Session-specific exercises, sets, repetitions, and applicable load guidance
When something in ordinary life changes — a busier week, travel, a missed session, lower energy — Pike Pursuit makes the smallest useful adjustment and keeps you moving forward, rather than resetting your progress or treating a missed session as a failure.
Evidence-informed progression, hold, adjustment, and rebase behavior
Training history and an understandable next step
Pike Pursuit uses a rolling three-session Training Cycle rather than a fixed calendar week, so a slower week never puts you behind.
Each session is a full-body resistance session built around four core movement patterns — knee-dominant lower body, hip/posterior-dominant lower body, upper push, and upper pull. Choose a Standard Session (about 35–60 minutes, depending on your saved goal) or Quick Session (about 20–30 minutes) each time you begin.
Session 1, Session 2, and Session 3 form one Training Cycle — a sequence, not a calendar week. Life can stretch a cycle across more than seven days without it becoming invalid.
Completing all three sessions creates a natural decision point, where Pike evaluates each exercise for progression, hold, or adjustment.
Start Here before choosing a plan
If you've started strength training before and stopped — because life got busy, something interrupted you, or you weren't sure what to do next — that's an ordinary experience, not a personal failure. When a training plan gives someone no clear response to missed sessions or changing circumstances, starting over can feel like the only option. Pike’s continuity approach is designed to preserve legitimate progress and provide a clear next step.
This is a process and experience promise, not a guaranteed physical-result claim.
Nutrition guidance is not included in the Strength Foundations subscription. Nutrition Foundations is available separately, with its own pathway check, plan, privacy controls, billing, and cancellation.
V1 launches without an automatically converting free trial. Your first subscription purchase carries a satisfaction refund period beginning at the successful initial charge and remaining available through the corresponding timestamp 30 days later. You may request a refund without proving that Pike caused a particular outcome. If a documented Pike service outage prevents submission near your deadline, contact support for review of a documented grace exception. Exercising the refund ends paid access. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not repeatedly reset through new accounts or subscriptions. Renewal payments are not part of this introductory guarantee, except where required by law or where a duplicate or billing error occurred. Cancellation remains available independently of a refund. Pike does not guarantee physical results.
Access continues while your subscription remains active, or through the end of a cancelled paid term. Cancellation prevents future renewal — it does not create a penalty or Training debt.
Pike Pursuit Strength Foundations is a web-based membership. An account is required. Access begins after successful payment and account provisioning. Access continues while the subscription remains active, or through the end of a cancelled paid term. Monthly and annual plans contain the same product functionality.
United States adults age 18 or older who are beginning, returning to, or continuing strength training and can train with supported home dumbbells or in a standard gym.
Use a supported set of dumbbells at home or the ordinary equipment available in a standard gym. Bodyweight-only, bands-only, single-kettlebell, single-dumbbell, suspension, and other minimal-equipment paths are not supported in V1.
Choose a Standard Session (about 35–60 minutes, depending on your saved goal) or a Quick Session (about 20–30 minutes) whenever you begin. These are planning targets, not deadlines or completion grades.
Nothing becomes Training debt. Pike uses a rolling three-session sequence rather than a Monday-to-Sunday week, so you continue from the next legitimate step instead of starting over.
No. Pike is a web-based Training membership, not live personal training, medical care, rehabilitation, diagnosis, or medical clearance. Seek a qualified professional when your circumstances require one.
Nutrition guidance is not included in the Strength Foundations subscription. Nutrition Foundations is a separate Pike membership you can purchase on its own or use alongside Strength.
Both plans include the same complete product functionality. Monthly is $19 USD and annual is $149 USD. Both renew automatically until cancelled.
Use the billing portal from your Pike account to stop future renewal. Access continues through the end of the paid term unless it ends earlier under an applicable refund or other governing policy.
Your first subscription purchase has a 30-calendar-day satisfaction period. It applies once per customer; exercising it ends paid access. Renewal charges are excluded except where law requires otherwise or a duplicate or billing error occurred.
Pike waits for verified payment evidence, provisions your membership, and then directs you to your account and first Training setup. A return from Stripe by itself never grants access.
