How Pike works

A useful next step you can return to.

Both Pike memberships use rolling continuity instead of turning a disrupted calendar into failure, debt, or a forced restart.

Strength Foundations

Open one prepared full-body session, record completed work, and move through a rolling three-session cycle. At the cycle boundary, Pike can progress, hold, adjust, or rebase each exercise when the evidence supports it.

Nutrition Foundations

Open one clear next meal, repeat or substitute a governed option, and continue through travel, restaurants, missed meals, schedule changes, and lower-effort days without Nutrition debt.

If you use both

You use one Pike account, but each product keeps its own plan, history, privacy controls, subscription, and cancellation. Buying or changing one does not silently alter the other.

What this education is—and is not

This page explains Pike’s product method. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation, medical nutrition therapy, or clearance to exercise.
