Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy describes Pike Pursuit’s practices for consumer health data used by Nutrition Foundations. It is separate from Pike’s general Privacy Policy.

Effective September 9, 2026

Consumer health data Pike collects and why

  • Authority and safety answers: age and answers used to determine whether Pike’s self-directed general-wellness pathway is available and appropriate.
  • Body and activity inputs: height, weight, activity, and related inputs used to establish the plan’s starting structure.
  • Eating pattern and constraints: dietary pattern, ingredient exclusions, meal preferences, household fit, schedule, cooking time, and budget fit used to select supported meals and substitutions.
  • Nutrition plan and history: Pike-derived plan structure, meal state, completed choices, substitutions, disruptions, and continuity history used to deliver, maintain, adapt, recover, and protect the product.
  • Optional progress information: weight observations, collected only after a separate choice, used for progress reviews.

Pike does not use Strength Foundations information in Nutrition Foundations V1. Pike does not collect unbounded medical narratives by default.

Sources

Consumer health data comes directly from information you choose to provide and from plan or progress information Pike derives from those inputs. Pike does not obtain Nutrition information from data brokers, advertising networks, health-care providers, insurers, wearable devices, or Strength Foundations in V1.

Processing, service providers, and sharing

Pike stores and processes account-linked consent, Nutrition inputs, plan state, and history in its application database. Supabase provides authentication and database services. Vercel hosts the website application, but Pike’s design keeps sensitive Nutrition payloads out of its application routes and ordinary logs. Stripe receives purchase, subscription, and billing facts, not Nutrition inputs or plan state. Resend receives only the minimum delivery information needed for service or rights-request messages, not sensitive Nutrition values.

Pike does not share consumer health data with third parties or affiliates in V1. Pike has no affiliates with whom it shares consumer health data. Its service providers may process only the information needed to perform their contracted services for Pike. Pike does not permit a third party to collect consumer health data over time across unrelated websites or online services when you use Pike.

No sale or advertising use

Pike does not sell consumer health data. Pike does not use it for behavioral advertising, marketing analytics, or decisions about employment, housing, insurance, credit, or unrelated Pike products.

Your choices and rights

You may ask Pike to confirm whether it is collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data; access it; obtain a portable copy; correct inaccurate information; receive any applicable list of third parties or affiliates; withdraw consent and stop future collection or sharing; or delete the information. You may also appeal a refusal to act on a request.

Use the secure Support and Privacy Requests page with your existing Pike account. If you cannot sign in, email support@pikepursuit.com. Pike uses fresh verification for sensitive requests and does not require you to create a new account solely to make a request. Ordinary rights requests are free.

Withdrawing plan-delivery consent stops new Nutrition collection and affected processing and makes the personalized plan unavailable. Withdrawing optional progress consent stops new weight collection and progress review only. Consent withdrawal, deletion, cancellation, and account closure are separate actions.

Response, deletion, and appeals

Pike’s operational deadline is to complete an authenticated consumer-health-data deletion from primary systems within 30 days. Applicable backup deletion or reconciliation is tracked within 180 days. Certain minimized consent, security, transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where permitted or required.

Pike responds to other authenticated consumer-health-data requests without undue delay and within the applicable legal period. If Pike refuses a request, it provides a reason and a conspicuous appeal path. Pike responds to an appeal in writing within 45 days and, if the appeal is denied, provides the applicable attorney-general complaint path.

Security and policy changes

Pike restricts access to consumer health data to the people and processors that need it for the requested product or consented purpose and uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information. No online service can promise absolute security.

Pike will update this policy’s effective date and provide proportionate notice of material changes. Pike will not collect, use, or share additional categories of consumer health data, or use existing data for an additional purpose, without the disclosure and affirmative consent required by law.
