Eligibility and accounts

You must be a United States resident age 18 or older to purchase Strength Foundations V1. Nutrition Foundations V1 is available throughout the United States to residents age 19 or older whose Stripe billing state matches their service state and whose pre-purchase pathway check confirms that Pike can support the requested self-directed general-wellness use. Provide accurate information, protect access to your email and account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass Pike’s access controls.

The services

Strength Foundations is a web-based Training membership that provides supported setup, a rolling three-session Training Cycle, session guidance, saved work, check-ins, and continuity decisions.

Nutrition Foundations is a self-directed general-wellness membership that uses customer-provided information to create and maintain a food-and-nutrition plan within Pike’s supported pathway. It is not medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical monitoring, care for an eating disorder, or individualized care from a dietitian or other licensed clinician.

Neither product is live coaching, medical care, rehabilitation, medical clearance, or emergency assistance. Use your judgment, stop activity that does not feel appropriate, and seek a qualified professional when your health or circumstances require individualized help. Do not use Pike instead of emergency or professional care.

Subscriptions and payment

Strength Foundations monthly membership is $19 USD per month; annual membership is $149 USD per year. Nutrition Foundations monthly membership is $19; annual membership is $149. Monthly and annual plans for the same product contain the same functionality. Each subscription renews automatically at its stated price and cadence until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. Stripe processes payment information; Pike does not store full card numbers. Access begins only after successful payment and verified account provisioning.

Immediately before payment, Stripe Checkout shows the selected price and cadence and requires acceptance of these terms. Do not complete purchase unless you understand and agree to the recurring charge and cancellation terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You may use the billing portal in your account to stop future renewal. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid term. Cancellation does not create a penalty or Training debt. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, including the 30-day first-purchase satisfaction period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or defeat security, access another customer’s information, submit unlawful or harmful material, automate abusive traffic, copy or redistribute Pike content beyond ordinary personal use, or use Pike in a way that violates applicable law.

Ownership

Pike Pursuit and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, software, design, text, Training architecture, and related materials. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while you have authorized access. You retain rights in information you submit; you authorize Pike to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service under the Privacy Policy.

No outcome guarantee

Pike promises a process and experience, not a specific physical result. Strength, muscle, body-composition, weight, appearance, health, or performance outcomes vary with participation, starting point, circumstances, and factors outside Pike’s control.

Customer responsibility and assumption of risk

Exercise and changes in food intake involve inherent risks. You are responsible for using accurate information, choosing whether and how to act, following product safety boundaries, and obtaining professional guidance when appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, you accept the ordinary risks of voluntarily using the service. This does not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Availability and enforcement

Pike may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Pike may restrict access for fraud, security threats, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms. Pike will preserve customer control, paid-term treatment, and remedies required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Pike does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every recommendation will fit circumstances you have not accurately disclosed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pike Pursuit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the service. Pike’s aggregate liability arising from a product will not exceed the amount you paid Pike for that product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Texas, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you and Pike agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it through Support.

Changes and questions

Pike may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes should receive proportionate notice and will not silently create a retroactive charge. Visit Support or email support@pikepursuit.com with questions.
