Information Pike collects

• Account information: your email address, authentication identity, and Pike customer identifier.
• Optional resource-email signups: your email address, affirmative marketing-consent record, requested resource topic, signup source, confirmation status, and unsubscribe status when you request a free Pike resource by email. Pike uses a separate marketing-email record; account and service emails do not enroll you in marketing.
• Membership and transaction records: plan, payment status, subscription status, invoices, refunds, disputes, provider references, amounts, currency, applicable tax-jurisdiction facts, and relevant timestamps. Stripe collects the billing details needed for payment and tax; Pike does not ask for a street address to provide Nutrition guidance and does not store full payment-card details.
• Training information: supported environment, Training-cycle and session state, exercises, entries you submit to use Training, check-ins, conclusions, and saved history.
• Nutrition and wellness information: only after the applicable consent, Pike may collect pathway and safety answers, body and activity inputs, eating pattern and ingredient exclusions, Nutrition plan state, meal history, and optional weight observations. Pike may derive plan and progress information from those inputs.
• Support and privacy requests: a structured request category, scope, tracking code, status, and the minimum verified information needed to handle the request.
• Limited website measurement: anonymous daily counts for allowlisted actions, public paths, and bounded categories. Pike’s product analytics do not store email, customer identity, IP address, payment payloads, Training or Nutrition values, or free text.
• Technical records: hosting, authentication, database, security, and payment providers may process ordinary request and device information needed to deliver and secure their services.

How Pike uses information

• Authenticate customers and secure accounts.
• Deliver a requested free resource and, only after confirmed affirmative consent, occasional practical Pike resource emails. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
• Process and reconcile purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and disputes.
• Determine product access from verified entitlement records.
• Provide, save, and continue the Training experience.
• Create, maintain, adapt, and recover a Nutrition Foundations plan within the consented purpose.
• Respond to support, privacy, billing, and account requests.
• Detect failures, abuse, security problems, and operational incidents.
• Measure whether the customer journey works using minimized aggregate events.
• Meet applicable legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

Pike does not sell personal information, Nutrition information, or health information. Pike does not use third-party behavioral advertising, marketing analytics built from sensitive information, or Google Analytics in V1.

Nutrition consent and control

Before Pike collects information needed for Nutrition Foundations, Pike presents a separate, versioned notice and records your choice. Plan-delivery information is required to create and operate the personalized plan. Optional weight observations require a separate choice and are not required for the rest of the product. Strength Foundations information is not used in Nutrition Foundations V1.

You may withdraw Nutrition consent from the authenticated privacy controls. Withdrawing plan-delivery consent stops new Nutrition collection and affected processing and makes the personalized plan unavailable. Withdrawing optional progress consent stops new weight collection and progress review. Withdrawal, deletion, cancellation, and account closure are separate actions.

Service providers and disclosures

Pike uses service providers to operate the product, including Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payment processing, billing, and tax calculation, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information to perform services for Pike under their applicable terms and safeguards. Nutrition values are designed to remain in Pike’s application database and out of payment, email, product-analytics, URL, and ordinary support payloads.

Pike may disclose the minimum necessary information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Pike does not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and deletion

Pike keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, customer continuity, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Training, Nutrition, and optional personal information may be eligible for deletion. Pike’s operational deadline is to complete an authenticated consumer-health-data deletion from primary systems within 30 days and reconcile applicable backups within 180 days. Required payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, consent, security, and legal records may need to be retained after account closure. Cancellation, account closure, consent withdrawal, and data deletion are separate actions.

Your choices and requests

Authenticated customers can request access, a portable export, correction, deletion of Training and optional personal data, account closure, or an appeal from Support and Privacy Requests. Fresh email verification is required for sensitive requests. You may also use your Pike account to manage billing and cancellation.

Do not send Pike passwords, full card numbers, authentication codes, government identification, or detailed medical records through support.

Age and location

Strength Foundations V1 is available to United States residents age 18 or older. Nutrition Foundations V1 is available throughout the United States to residents age 19 or older whose Stripe billing state matches their service state and whose pre-purchase pathway check confirms Pike can provide the requested self-directed use. Pike does not knowingly offer V1 products to children.

Security, incidents, and changes

Pike uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access, including minimized data flows, restricted service credentials, signed payment events, customer-scoped authorization, and purpose-specific consent. No online service can promise absolute security. Pike will investigate suspected incidents and provide legally required notices to affected people and authorities.

Pike may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date; material changes should receive proportionate notice and, when required, renewed consent.
